Estate Cleanout Finder (“the Site”) is a directory website operated by Freedom Creation LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site provides a listing of businesses that advertise estate cleanout, estate liquidation, and junk removal services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Directory Only — No Services Provided
Estate Cleanout Finder is a directory only. We do not perform, supervise, or manage any estate cleanout, liquidation, junk removal, or related work. All businesses listed on the Site are independent third parties. They are solely responsible for their own services, pricing, scheduling, licensing, insurance, conduct, and the quality and outcome of their work.
3. No Endorsement or Guarantee
A listing on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any business. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing information. You are responsible for independently verifying any business before engaging its services, including confirming licensing, insurance, references, and pricing directly with the business.
4. Your Dealings With Listed Businesses
Any contract, transaction, or dispute is strictly between you and the listed business. Estate Cleanout Finder and Freedom Creation LLC are not a party to those dealings and are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from them.
5. Business Listings and Submissions
Businesses may submit a listing through the Site. All submissions are reviewed before publication and are never published automatically. We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion. If you submit a business, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
6. Featured Listings
Businesses may purchase a Featured Listing subscription. Featured Listings are subject to our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estate Cleanout Finder and Freedom Creation LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with any listed business. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
